Return Policy

All Sales are final unless there is an error on our end. If that is the case please let us know as soon as possible within 15 days of receiving your items and we will take care of any issue by exchanging the item for one in the proper condition.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, and you have neglected to make us aware of any problems, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will give you specific instructions as to how the exchange will be handled.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
